The build of this property included an outdoor kitchen, dining, entertaining and lounging areas, a new pool with fountains, spa, fire-pit and storage. Construction involved demolishing an existing pool and series of stepped terraces, followed by substantial regrading of the terrain. Large pavers of sandblasted Jerusalem limestone are set in a running bond on a pedestal system, allowing for an unpitched surface and ungrouted joints. A stand-off glass rail system maximizes the water views from all aspects. And at night enjoyment of the space continues with LED ribbon lights to underlight the glass rail, steps and spa together with the colorful laminar jets in the pool.
